Over the course of the next three academic years, the Legacy Trust will undertake the following activities before reviewing its next steps:

Endeavour to make John West-Burnham's thinking and research accessible and relevant to a changing world
Work in partnership to hold the annual memorial lecture building on and promoting the principles above
Make at least one annual academic award for exceptional research which builds on the principles above
Maintain an affiliated international network of members who want to support the aims of the Association
